Ask The Admins Your Burning Questions

Q: How can I ignore another user on the forums?

If you’d prefer not to see posts or receive messages from a particular user, you can use the Ignore feature. This helps keep your forum experience peaceful and focused.

:white_check_mark: Steps to Ignore a User:

  1. Click on the user’s name (from any post or reply).
  2. On their profile page, click the button that says “Normal” (top right).
  3. From the dropdown, select “Ignore.”
  4. Choose how long you’d like to ignore them (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, forever).
  5. Click “Save Changes.”

Once ignored, that user’s posts will be hidden from your view, and you won’t receive notifications or private messages from them.

:locked_with_key: Notes:

  • You need to be Trust Level 2 (Member) or higher to use this feature.
  • Admins and moderators cannot be ignored.
  • Muting is also available if you just want to stop receiving notifications but still see posts.
