This year major retailers are promising deals on Thanksgiving meals! Walmart is advertising “Less than $40 for 10 people”, Aldi says “10 people for just $40”,
and Target is promoting “Under $20 for 4”
Each is promising about $4-5 per person. Do you know somewhere that has a better steal?
I’ve had good luck mixing it up a bit. Aldi for produce and canned goods, then Costco for the turkey and bulk baking items. It takes a little planning, but the savings add up.
Also, some grocery apps drop extra coupons right before Thanksgiving week, so it’s worth checking those even after you think you’ve finished shopping. Funny how every year I tell myself I’ll be more organized… and still end up running out for butter.
