Scripture never says angels can hear your thoughts. This ability belongs to God alone. “Thou knowest my thoughts afar off” ~Psalm 139:2. Only God is all-knowing. Angels are not. Angels are created beings. They do not share in God’s divine attributes.
Angels can see what we do, and they can hear what we say, but the Bible never teaches that angels can read the mind or inner thoughts of a person. This is why Scripture always directs prayer, confession, and inner cries of the heart to God, never to angels. Angels serve Him, but they do not replace Him, and they do not have His power.
So the simple answer is no. Angels cannot hear your thoughts. Only God can. And that should give you comfort, because the One who knows your heart is also the One who loves you, forgives you, and upholds you.

I understand, thank’s, but can angels influence a person or their thoughts? If evil can influence a person’s thoughts to cause bad thoughts, can angels also cause good thoughts or ideas?

No, they cannot hear your thoughts.
But I’m sure that God shares with them your prayers and thoughts that are directed to them or for them.
Likewise I’m sure that guardian angels don’t need to read your mind to know when you need their help and care.

Angels are messengers of God, they obey him, they do not zoom around the earth at their whim.
So No they will not cause one to have good thoughts or ideas except at Gods direct command.
Demons are very different, they go where they can cause mischief and will using their intelligence and vast experience read people to wishper ideas into willing ears.
Seek to stay close to God, rather than seeking angels or demons.

No, they can not, if they could then a great deal of Scripture would not have happened as we know it. If evil could have read the mind of Enoch, that probably does not play out as it had. They waited a rather long period to place trust in Lot before destruction would happen in the plain, that would seem odd if they could have read his mind. That is while alive, I would not touch it with a ten foot pole when someone dies. If evil wanted to know exactly what God and Moses were actually doing, going to his body before his brain suffered severe decomposition may have been it’s goal.

Angels cannot put thoughts in your head. The Bible never says they can. Bad spirits can tempt people to think wrong things, but good angels do not put good ideas in your mind. Only God does that.
When you get a good thought, or feel helped to do what is right, that comes from God’s Spirit working in you ~Philippians 2:13. Angels serve God, but they do not work inside your mind. God is the One who helps your heart and thoughts go in the right direction.

I would say that angels likely cannot hear our thoughts, unless God gives them that ability perhaps for a specific situation. Angels are God’s messengers, so whatever he needs them to do, that is what they can and will do.

I understand, thank you. I thought that if I prayed in my mind, the angels they hear too. Sorry if my spelling is not completely grammatically correct. I learning English right now :).
I read a passage in the Bible a long time ago that angels encamp around those who fear God. What does this mean? Do I have a guardian angel and are there more angels? And they are here beside me right now too?
