If the Freedom in Christ course is available to you in your area, then I would suggest you sign up and go through it. It will help and take care of any demonic oppression you might have.
This is a link to their USA site, but they are around the world.
The program does a comprehensive teaching on who we are in Christ and the authority of Jesus we have. There is also included a Steps to Freedom portion in the course that covers all the areas where unconfessed sin might be. If the site is of no help (not sure where you live) then there are books and YouTube videos.
The Bondage Breaker by Neil Anderson and Victory over the Darkness by the same author. Neil used to work for NASA as an engineer before becoming a Christian. He writes well. I hope this helps you Trevor. In the meantime, I will pray.
