Ever felt lost in your late twenties as a Christian? I was.
I joined an ethnic church after pastoral and elderly counsel guided me through my trials. These trials were bankrupt contemplation from bad investment, divorced for irreconcilable differences from wife’s adultery, a log in my eye, and my lack of steady unregistered architectural employment, and homelessness.
Now, 26 years later, I am married second time, earned a registered architect, two graduate degrees in EMBA and Master of Science in Finance, learned programming, completed four(4) occupational licenses and lends to our US government with Treasury Direct while remaining in a local ethnic church member.
So i thought it may benefit others by sharing some biblical counsels that worked in my life:1:70/30 budget: tithe, save 10%, parental support 10%; 2: complete architect license despite 12 jobs over 7 years after college bachelor degree, 3: take sabbatical rest and attend weekly life group and church sermons for spiritual support. 4: acquire a STEM education in business 5: continue in business accounting or chartered finance education
