I typed out a long pray but then it redirected me to log in. I don’t know if it arrived anywhere. In a nutshell, my brother has forced my mom to press charges against my daughter who cared for her for 3 years by living with her, transporting her, cooking, shopping, showering her/toileting/wounds - she was like a 24/7 in home nurse (she has her CNA and PCT cert). Despite my rules I gave when she moved in with my mom - have her pay rent, pay a bill and don’t allow her to use credit cards - my mom did the opposite. My mom allowed her free use of her credit cards and never asked for much back saying “this is what grandmother’s do and just give me what money you can…I don’t need it all”. My mom lied to me about it when directly asked and told me my daughter owed her nothing and she refused my help with shopping and finances. My girl is only 23. She wants to be a nurse. Tomorrow she has a court appointment. Her lawyer and the DA will make an offer. She is facing 3 felonies - unlawful taking, theft by deception and the worst - elder abuse. Please pray that what was done in the dark would be brought to the light. We’ve prayed Psalm 35. I feel so guilty as I couldn’t protect my only daughter from my mom - who should’ve been safe. My brother is a very malevolent person who only got involved with the care of my mom when it had to do with money. Myself and my children love her and have tried to do our best as he lived many states away out west. I’ve lost my mom/she’s not speaking up about truth as she is afraid of my brother. It’s heartbreaking. Thank you for your prayers.
