I need to stop worrying bout fear I been in fear all my life of myself and neighbors next door all around . I’ve been through so much turmoils in my life and I want to escape every obstacle I face. I can’t breathe! I be in so much fear! For my life and family. How to make it go away. Before I just kill myself for real this time. I’m tired of living this way. Nobody knows how I feel inside . Please help me!
I pray for you, I pray for you pain. God did not give us the spirit of fear. You afe under spiritual attack. Pick up your Bible and just start reading. Anything. I have been there. God hears you and knows you, knows you before you were born. You are perfectly loved by God. Pray, anything, even if it’s just to say thank you for giving me another day, another chance. I will Pray for you, you need to make an effort too.
I am sorry that you are frightened of everything.
