I’m feeling lost, I’m struggling with physical, mental and emotional feelings. I’m not working right now and I’m on medication. I don’t feel like leaving my house, I’m a wreck. I’m putting a lot on my fiancé shoulders, and I can see and feel his pain. Each day I cry and cry. I’ve been praying to my Lord, I’m trying to keep it together. I know it’s time to lay all my struggles at Jesus feet. I ask for his help, help guide me, protect me, give me his wisdom. I pray for joy, peace and love. Lord you are my best friend, I love you. Amen

Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up our sister in Christ to You, asking that you would bring peace, comfort and strength to her in every aspect (mind, body, heart/soul). Please give her joy instead of sorrow, and help her to lay all her burdens at Your feet. In Your loving and holy name we pray, Amen.
We will also be praying for you with the prayer that you wrote- that He would guide and protect you, and give you his wisdom, joy, peace and love. 
These verses came to mind when reading your request- I hope they might can give you some comfort as you wait for His answer:
“You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.” -Psalm 56:8
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things will pass away.” -Revelation 21:4
(I changed the past tense “has passed” to future tense “will pass”- this just helps me when I meditate on this promise, since the new creation is something we are still waiting on.)

Number one check your meds to see if they are the cause of these problems. See if you can find natural alternatives. I did that for my mom and it worked wonders
Number two get out in nature with a Bible. Pray your heart out to Jesus. He understands because He has gone through everything we have.
Just remember Jesus loves you. Jesus cares. Jesus is always there.
Please me Beloved caring Father send The Holy Spirit to this child and give them a great big hug of love and send others to help her in this difficult situation. In the name of our Laoving, caring Saviour Jesus Christ I pray. Amen
