I am least qualified to help ease your current difficulty, as I am also struggling in many similar ways. I know how difficult your situation can be, and I can commiserate with you, and in that similarity, you and I are not alone. I am reminded of the Psalm lament of David (Ps. 102) where the sorry psalmist described his lamentable condition to the Lord. He cries that his days were being consumed away like smoke, his bones were burning (i.e., he felt exhausted), his heart was withering like grass (see Isa. 40:6-8). He had no appetite, groaning in physical agony he saw himself as emaciated (like Job 19:20), he felt desolate, like a pelican sitting alone in a deserted place. His strength was gone, he was inwardly depressed, and he had lost his will to live. David, who was described as “a man after God’s own heart” suffered in similar ways to your own; inwardly depressed, David had lost his will to live.

Psalm 102: 1-11

Hear my prayer, O LORD, And let my cry come to You.
Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my trouble; Incline Your ear to me; In the day that I call, answer me speedily.
For my days are consumed like smoke, And my bones are burned like a hearth.
My heart is stricken and withered like grass, So that I forget to eat my bread.
Because of the sound of my groaning My bones cling to my skin.
I am like a pelican of the wilderness; I am like an owl of the desert.
I lie awake, And am like a sparrow alone on the housetop.
My enemies reproach me all day long, Those who deride me swear an oath against me.
For I have eaten ashes like bread, And mingled my drink with weeping,
Because of Your indignation and Your wrath; For You have lifted me up and cast me away.
My days are like a shadow that lengthens, And I wither away like grass.

David, in his psalm, then forces himself to remember:

Psalm 102: 11-28

But You, O LORD, shall endure forever, And the remembrance of Your name to all generations.
You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come.
For Your servants take pleasure in her stones, And show favor to her dust.
So the nations shall fear the name of the LORD, And all the kings of the earth Your glory.
For the LORD shall build up Zion; He shall appear in His glory.
He shall regard the prayer of the destitute, And shall not despise their prayer.
This will be written for the generation to come, That a people yet to be created may praise the LORD.
For He looked down from the height of His sanctuary; From heaven the LORD viewed the earth,
To hear the groaning of the prisoner, To release those appointed to death,
To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, And His praise in Jerusalem,
When the peoples are gathered together, And the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
He weakened my strength in the way; He shortened my days.
I said, “O my God, Do not take me away in the midst of my days; Your years are throughout all generations.
Of old You laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
They will perish, but You will endure; Yes, they will all grow old like a garment; Like a cloak You will change them, And they will be changed.
But You are the same, And Your years will have no end.
The children of Your servants will continue, And their descendants will be established before You.”

I am learning prayer afresh from these psalms, and have begun praying them sincerely, from my heart, out-loud, to The Lord. My prayers are not to beg The Lord to change my circumstances, but to remind myself to appreciate my circumstances In The Lord’s providence, and be thankful. When Elijah prayed to The Lord, and said, “I have been very zealous for the LORD God of hosts; for the children of Israel have forsaken Your covenant, torn down Your altars, and killed Your prophets with the sword. I alone am left; and they seek to take my life.” (1 Kings 19:10), he did not ask God to change his circumstances. God assured him that he was not actually alone in God’s eyes, and only asked Elijah to stand on the side of the mountain and listen for the still small voice of God.

This week of Thanksgiving reminds us of our proclivity to forget to be grateful, our habit to “overlook” what blessings we do enjoy on a regular basis. Thanksgiving reminds us to remember what we have to be thankful for. “Give Thanks” is mentioned probably a hundred times in The bible, so I am reminding you of the same.
In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Read and pray also Psalm 139

God is always watching over you and has heard your needs. May He bless you.
It’s completely normal to feel down or overlooked sometimes.
Your feelings are real, and it’s okay to feel this way.
Remember, other people’s opinions don’t define your value—what matters most is how you see yourself.
You are precious in God’s eyes :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:. Keep taking it one day at a time, focus on growing, and things will get better.because God is with us. Amen.

Encouragement:

A mighty fortress is our God, a bulwark never failing;
our helper he, amid the flood of mortal ills prevailing.
For still our ancient foe does seek to work us woe;
his craft and power are great, and armed with cruel hate,
on earth is not his equal.

Did we in our own strength confide, our striving would be losing,
were not the right Man on our side, the Man of God’s own choosing.
You ask who that may be? Christ Jesus, it is he;
Lord Sabaoth his name, from age to age the same;
and he must win the battle.

And though this world, with devils filled, should threaten to undo us,
we will not fear, for God has willed his truth to triumph through us.
The prince of darkness grim, we tremble not for him;
his rage we can endure, for lo! his doom is sure;
one little word shall fell him.

That Word above all earthly powers no thanks to them abideth;
the Spirit and the gifts are ours through him who with us sideth.
Let goods and kindred go, this mortal life also;
the body they may kill: God’s truth abideth still;
his kingdom is forever!

An old Chinese saying goes:“知错能改,善莫大焉。”
Being able to recognize your mistakes and sincerely correct them is the best thing a person can do.
If, when reflecting on yourself, you feel an inner voice of conviction, take it seriously—perhaps God is teaching you.
If there’s no such voice and God tells you that everything is fine, then you don’t need to worry about what others think.
Blessings to you.

Thank you very much🫂 I honestly appreciate your response

Listen to your heart and listen closely. For those that are special I know it seems like a curse however, not at all. It is in the times of us being alone that we hear when listening the word from our father, the Lord andthe universe the most. I’ve been there plenty of times and just got to the point to where I got comfortable with me in my own skin and realized that what other people think is not important at all, but how you view yourself people are only able to do to you what you allow them to do Otherwise they wouldn’t do it. So just know that in silence their strength, and sometimes although seeming like a curse, not really, we have to reprogram change the way we look at things in the way we look at things or change. Your energy is special and valuable so just know that you are not alone and I love you dearly and the special gifts that you have inside I see them. Use this time not to worry about what other people do around you but use it wisely to meditate to pray to ask for the things that you want without doubt keep your faith, strong, bring joy, no matter what laugh don’t care how you do it just laugh and laugh hard whatever it takes to put a smile on your face and to make you crack up, laughing so hard that you take around your stomach and think about that beautiful peace that you could be using right now to tap into your higher self. Remember to keep your frequency high (laughter joy is one of the best ways) so that the blessings that you so well deserve I able to get to you much quicker. Just know they’re there waiting for you to grab them just hold strong and start looking into things that make you happy they bring you closer to your purpose. Peace of mind and comfort writing always helped me. I’m praying for you that you gain the understanding and knowledge needed to see what is happening, not what you perceive to be happening but, what is happening to give you that eye opener that you need right now. You are beautiful and amazing. Nothing will change that. Just ask for what you need and believe in that and the rest will follow. Love you dearly stay strong. You are so very blessed.:wink::face_blowing_a_kiss::face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Father God,

You see this hurting heart. In their loneliness and weariness, remind them they are not forgotten. Your Word says You are near to the brokenhearted, so draw near now. Silence the lies that say they are unwanted, and speak truth: that they are loved, chosen, and held by You.

Open the right doors, provide what they need, and guide each step forward. Give them peace tonight and hope for tomorrow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank you for your kind words :people_hugging::heart: I only saw this page yesterday and I thought I might as well ask for prayer because I see now that talking about my problems to certain people not only sounds repetitive but also my situations get worse.(after I’ve spoken about it) so I’m glad I’m here and I truly thank you!:heart::people_hugging: have a blessed day. I’ve saved your message for a reminder to myself:heart:

Listen to your heart and listen closely. For those that are special I know it seems like a curse however, not at all. It is in the times of us being alone that we hear when listening the word from our father, the Lord andthe universe the most.

Show me in scripture where it says this. Vibrations? No. This is false teachings. Complain to the moderator if you’d like but it’s lies. If it isn’t in the bible it’s a lie

So..please..show me the scriptures where we are to listen to our hearts rather than the Holy Spirit, or talk to the universe. Or keep our “vibrations” high.

I’ll wait

This is what God says about you:

Romans 8:15 ESV

[15] For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”

Psalm 139:13 ESV

[13] For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.

Psalm 139:14 ESV

[14] I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.

And my absolute favorite reminder of who I am

Isaiah 43:1-3 ESV

[1] But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. [2] When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. [3] For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.

You are known by Him. He knew you at the beginning. He has a plan for you. He has a purpose for you.

The noise in your head is lies from the devil. STOP LISTENING TO him..that’s how insignificant he is..he gets lower case letters and LISTEN TO GOD.

Read the book of Psalm..any book..and find comfort, strength and TRUTH there. Read the prophets..Jesus is all over the OT.

READ YOUR BIBLE

Not an online version but get your hands on a physical copy. Attend a SCRIPTURE based church..not one that’s flying a pride flag or anything and make sure the pastor, preacher, whoever is leading is led by the Holy Spirit..not feelings..or politics.

Pray openly and honestly. I go to Him with all my pain, fear, anger, resentment..I’ve even shaken my fists at him and dropped a few f-bombs. That’s what He wants! You to be honest with Him. Completely raw! Hang onto Jesus. Trust Him. Lean into Him. Hold onto Him. He’ll lead you to peace and a joy you could never have imagined! He did it for me and I know he’ll do it for you too.

Don’t talk to the universe or keep your “vibrations” high. That’s all false teachings. Jesus never said “follow your feelings” or mumbo jumbo like that. He said “follow me”

I’m praying for you HARD right now! I pray that He will give you sight, and heal your wounds and restore your peace and give you comfort.

Read your bible

I will be praying for u
