Personally never been in jail but typically if you don’t break the law you stay out of jail. As for what not to do, well don’t do what got you there in the first place.

Staying consistent on doing thing way different and better so you will be able to stay out you have to change your mindset

Make new friends perhaps at a small bible church where they can get to know you and be supportive.

Try to elevate new challenges to overcome those challenges like try to engage in calm conversations & understand ppl perspective set boundaries within self

Don’t call the police, and don’t contact the police. Be aware of adjunct deppity delagees. Just don’t interact with the police, they’re hyper political and they have big agendas.
I guess maybe following the law won’t hurt (face it, offending folks gets you in fights, police or no police). But basically, you want what I think up front as advice? Cops are political. Avoid.

You have to change your life, mind, etc. completely. You have to change your values, and morals and set goals. Realistic goals that you are willing to 100% commit yourself to acheiving. You have to want it and will have to put in the work, its not as easy as just doing it but at the same time its as easy as just doing it if that makes since. You have to pray and believe in our wonderful God through him all things are possible. You can do it you just have to want it.
