I was a little early for church and sitting in a pew waiting. At the last possible minute a family came in and sat in the pew in front of me. Mom, Dad, daughter and son; both twins around 7 years of age. The hair on the back of their heads was tousled. It gave all the appearance of a rushed morning. They sat close together. Shoulder to shoulder.
As I looked at them I found something very sweet in that picture. I began to think about how much God must love them and that feeling of His love for them grew. It grew to the point where I said in my heart, “Lord, how much you must love them” and I heard His answer, “No more than you”.
I will remember that always. I know God loves me because of He says so in His word, but this was special.
