No, but from the Wikipedia article he sounds like a piece of work. Unfortunately, there is a species of Christian that is pretty easy to scam. When Ravi Zacharias took his spectacular fall from grace, I confronted some of his prominent evangelical promoters with the simple question, “Does it trouble you at all that you were so completely lacking in discernment?” Crickets. Humorously, the guy who got the ball rolling against Ravi was an atheist lawyer who seemingly had the gift of discernment.

Warnke events sold out nationwide. He was very funny, but the incredible lies he weaved fooled the nation. He lied about his service in Bietnam, sacrificing babies to Dayan, bring a campus Guru and many other things. Oh, and he is still around, living in Kentucky. And denies he lied at all- even after fellow students and guys he served in the military spoke up and said he lied.
