Praying with you. This world feels so heavy sometimes, but God’s love is still stronger than all the anger and division we see. Asking Him to bring peace, soften hearts, and remind us that we’re called to love one another the way He loves us. In Jesus’ name, amen.

I found glucosamine and chondriotin to be effective in repairing knee damage, but it is not effective for everyone.
