I totaled my car exactly one month ago. I’m healing miraculously from broken ribs, sternum and collarbone. I know I have a punishment awaiting in the coming weeks. I received a ticket for driving while intoxicated. I praise God that no other vehicles or persons were involved in this accident, and that I’m here today to tell my story. I am a 68 year old christian, mother and grama. I do not have a substance abuse problem.
I made a foolish, almost life threatening mistake.
I’m asking for prayers that the court will be lienent and understanding to my 1st offense. I cannot afford a lawyer. I do not know what the outcome will be.
I am mortified and scared. I do know God is in control. I pray for patience, and peace.

Waiting is the worst. It’s so hard for us, Father! It challenges our faith, but also allows us time to come closer to You. Father, I bring Kathy8202’s requests to you, today, and ask for healing, hope, and peace. God, I pray for patience, and for Your amazing care in the process. You are so faithful to guide us in the waiting, while we heal.
