How many children do you have?

My wife and I have 6 kids with just 4 left at home. I look forward to them all being together… the house comes to full life.

Hi, new to the forum here…

I have 2 sons, the oldest is 41 with 4 kids of his own. #uncategorized 20, 19, (almost) 5 and (almost) 9 months.

My youngest son is 27 and still lives with us. He works and is doing an online college for business management

I have 2 daughters, both college-age…and I’m blessed to have the 2 I do. Long story short, we were married in 1985 and our firstborn arrived in 2002 (the 2nd in 2005). We had been trying the entire time. Also, they’re both incredible young women: intelligent, pretty, kind, patient, healthy, funny, and they love Jesus. I’m not looking forward to them returning to college in 2 weeks.

Sophie and I have one son: a miracle baby that showed up nearly 17 years of believing we couldn’t have kids. He is now 4-1/2, and in perfect health.

Kids? Bleh. They are wonderful until the first day of school. Then they all become possessed by demons.. Or infected with lice.

I have dogs. A dog is loyal. You can train them to pee outside in the first year. They will eat anything. And they will bite anyone who tries to break in. And no talk back. Nothing better than a dog.

I have two adult children from my first marriage and my present husband has two adult children from his first marriage. We both lost our first spouses. Loss of a spouse – what a difficult thing to go through. I knew his first wife, and she was my friend; he knew my first husband by sight only. We both had a girl and boy, but he lost another boy invitro. They are all in their 50s, and they all have grown children of their own. I even have a great-granddaughter.

My son lives several states away, and so does my husband’s adopted daughter. My daughter lives in a little near-by town, and his son lives in the next state over.

Grandchildren: a total of 8, and the one great-grandchild of mine.

Tilman, I wish you’d had experiences with children like mine! They are both fabulously beautiful people, and they were from day number one. I didn’t even have labor pains!!! And I didn’t have to slap, spank, or squeeze their trapezius muscle until they collapsed on the floor, like a certain unnamed doctor did to his child.

I have to admit, however, thatnm neither of my children bit anyone. So I guess I was left vulnerable to be victimized by strangers. I will have to call that fact a failure in my disciplining then.:sad_but_relieved_face:

We have two beautiful daughters both in their 30’s and both married. One lives out of state and they have 2 boys ages almost 2 and almost 4. She works from home and because they both are on te spectrum, they are very busy with appointments and such during the day. Our oldest lives in the same town as we do, and they have a son who is in first grade at the school where I work. I love being in the same school with him. She subs at my school so I see her a lot as well. Both of my sons-in-law have good jobs and so they are all in a good place and living good, productive lives.

4 kids, all married. 10 grandkids!
