Humanity vs God

Wouldn’t it be wild if we got it all wrong. We take a few fragments of scripture and folklore and weave them together to create a narrative and character that we call Satan into existence only to find in the last days that the devil’s greatest trick was not to convince the world that he doesn’t exist… But that he was ineffective, jobless, and had no bite.

We find out God presides in a court room, and He has this Prosecutor trying cases. They call him Satan, the Accuser. And the Accuser is trying this one specific case against Humans, trying to argue that maintaining Human life is a waste of time and precious resources. The whole thing should just be abandoned or cleared out for something more productive.

God who naturally enjoys what He creates works with a system of laws in order to be fair and impartial. Because miracles are expensive after all. Bending reality to save one human life or soul may not come without a few quirks. I mean, pausing or redirecting the path of natural consequence just so people wont suffer? Imagine what it takes to save a world about to end?

So imagine that instead of one person or soul at a time, this court weighs all the cases at once. Together. The Kingdom of God verses Earth.

Satan lays down his argument. And it goes as follows:

Since the beginning, humans were no good. They don’t follow instructions. They eat fruit that.doesn’t belong to them.

You send Your Son to guide them, they murder Him, they take His teachings and twist them. From Him multiple churches rise only to fall. And now in these last days we look around… Does anyone still care?

Children elderly folks cry themselves to sleep with no food or care. Abused, neglected, assaulted. Every day people are constantly saying, “I wish it was over.”

They don’t care for themselves, let alone each other. What are we still doing here? Why keep it going?

To which the defense replies:

Hi,

Because He loves us.

And love don’t quit!

Blessings

Excellent. Thank you. Who else?

And who encouraged them to break Gods laws in the first place?

Good question…
But does it hold in court?

Police officers posing as criminals to catch criminals are not counted as criminals.

The person who says, the devil made me do it does not get a free pass.

Adam was still thrown out of the garden after blaming his wife. The wife was still thrown out after blaming the snake.

And the snake, who had no one else to blame, learned a new way to get around.

A police office who encourages someone to break the law is guilty of conspiring to break the law.
In the same way the devil is guilty of inspiring and encouraging Eve to break Gods law.
As such he cannot stand in court as a prosecutor as he caused the problem.

You treat the devil as if it is a person on the same level as you. It is not like you. It is not a human.

They are instruments used to test loyalty, virture, and to reveal truth. Like how easily a world can fall when prodded.

In Job, the Accuser was looking for someone to accuse. He is not called Accuser becauae it is his sin. It is his job. Like a prosecuter. God gave him that job. It was created to serve God.

God allows the temptation. That is why we pray, Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from destruction. It came into existence to test the integrity of the whole thing. Permannence verses impermanence.

The failure to pass the test of temptation leads to the destruction of a world not capable of better.

Evil refers to destruction, being desteoyed, not an ethereal force set tn rebellion against God.

And the whole world is tested. It is one thing.

The sacrifice of Christ is reminscent of the blood smeered on the door to keep away the plague of the first born. It covers the world to stave off its destruction.

The law of the Spirit was meant to maintain the world, to keep it above par.

But if another spirit covers the world, then what can God do? Kill His Son again?

What is the spirit embraced by the church in these times we live in? Would you call the behavior of the church holy? Christ like? Or religious? Spiteful? Money focussed? Self grasping or giving?

What spirit fills this world now?

And yet who will change their rhetoric? Focus? Or their ways?

Not being ashemed of the gospel means being open about being a Christian and talking naturally about church, about a Christian view of the news, about living a life by the very high standards Jesus set. etc etc.

This can mean rejection, critism and even being disciplined by employers using secular standards of morality.

Yes the devil is not human, but it/he is very real.
If nothing else the accounts of Jesus dealing with demons, evil spirit entities, that had possessed people tells us that they do exist.

Thank you for your input. May the Lord’s peace help you to find rest
