PLEASE know that if you are obedient to God and you are following him, faithfully opening his word and reading it, so you know what to do then satan and the powers of this world has no power or authority over you. So your panic attacks will stop. I will pray for you. But you also must take the steps to obey God and be righteous and holy as he is holy. If there is something you struggle to stop doing, pray that God will give you a hunger and thirst for righteousness and help you to be holy as he is. HOLY and deny your flesh and live by the spirit. Remember, God opposes the proud, but he shows grace to the humble. So when your heart is convicted, be humble before God and confess your sin.And he promises to forgive us, and cleans us from all our righteousness
