I keep coughing and coughing, and have no idea why. It’s been months now. I’m struggling financially and can’t afford health insurance to be able to go to the doctor to have them check me out and see what’s wrong with me. Please pray that my chronic cough goes away and that God heals me.

Your state may provide Medicaid for the poor. You might try calling the hospital and ask if this was available for you.
Are you getting enough to eat and enough rest? Are you staying comfortably warm?
NAFC, National Association of Free and Charitable clinics, has a directory of locations nationwide that provide free healthcare. Nafcclinics.org I believe is the site. I had to use free healthcare for a short period, search for a location that is close.
