Heavenly father and Most High God, I praise your name above all names, for only you are holy and only you are the Lord God most high who created all things, seen and unseen. You are sovereign over the universe whose being hangs together by your will. There’s nothing you cannot do. Lord we live in the midst of stressful and chaotic times that breed fear and insecurity. Help us, oh Lord, to remember that you are the source of our peace, our provision, and our security in this world and our hope for the next world. Shepherd us through times of trial and hardship. Help us not to give into anxiety and fear of the world, for you are our shelter and our provision. Strengthen our faith and perseverance as we look ahead with the Hope that does not put us to shame, for that Hope resides in you. Help us to keep our eyes on you and walk in the righteousness of your Son Jesus Christ and bring honor and glory to your name. We say these things in the name of Jesus, Amen
