I am going through a rough time with bills right now. We have people who don’t have the money to pay us for work (construction) and we feel bad for them too, but we understand that it happens to everyone at one time or another. We try to help and work with people but sometimes we need the help too! I know he is a powerful God and I ask and pray for answers. I have tried to get a loan but my credit is not very good, since I went through Breast Cancer and lost my job. I am great now, working and always keeping the Faith that things will work out. Please keep me in your prayers.

Saying a prayer for you! May the Lord provide what you need and encourage you with his provision. 
I will keep you in my prayers. Read Malachi 3-8-11, if you abide, the enemy won’t have a leg to stand on. I know you may say, but I can barely pay my bills, how can I give or even give 10% of my increase. However, I would like to help with a shift in perspective as many have various perspectives on tithing and offering. What the church does not teach is that, tithing and offerings are not only financial, it’s from all increase, increase can be food, time, finances giving to the church, or charities or the displace or anything that you are able to give.
Remember giving is about the “heart posture” and not only about the giving. Even if you cannot give 10%, the lords know your heart and every need you have and bare. Remember, it’s says, “the lord is thy shepherd, I lack nothing”. It also says, in 2 Corinthians 9-6-14, "The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully in will also reap bountifully. **7 **Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. **8 **And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. **9 **As it is written, “He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever.”
**10 **He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. **11 **You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. **12 **For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God. **13 **By their approval of this service, they will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your confession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others, **14 **while they long for you and pray for you, because of the surpassing grace of God upon you."
Also, Elohim said in Mark 12:41-43 "**41 **Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. **42 **But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents. 43) Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. **44 **They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.”
Also, in Malachi 3:10-11, "**10 **Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
**11 **And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts."
He PROMISED this is the portion of the righteous! So be bold and in all confidence, even if it comes out frustrating, BE BOLD according to what he spoke in Hebrews 4:16, “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
Remind him of this word.
A short prayer, " Elohim, most holy God of all things, I adore they name, thy glory, and I honor and praise thee before thy nation and in the assembly of thy temple, I come before thee to seek forgiveness of thy sins, transgression and iniquities. I repent for every sin I’ve have committed against thee, all that I am aware of and those I don’t remember or know were sins. I repent for every instance of poor stewardship and not giving or paying tithe and offerings as your word has spoken. I solemnly repent and I am sorry Heavenly Father and I ask for your forgiveness and for the blood of Jesus Christ to wash away every fault in thy eyes on my behalf and to cleanse me, and make me whole in thee, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Father God, you said in Psalms 23:1, the lord is thy shepherd I lack nothing but I humbly submit unto that I am currently in need and this goes against your promise to me as a servant of Jesus Christ. Therefore, Abba, I ask for full restoration in my finances and for you revealed every area of poor stewardship that I have been involved in.
Also, I ask for you to reveal every area of my finances that Satan has attack me and for proverbs 6:31 be my portion, in the name of Jesus Christ. I ask and I thank you for it, in Jesus Christ, victorious name. I declare and decree, let there be, full restore in my finances according to proverbs 6:31 and thy cups runs over, so much so that I have to share it because it is too much for me to hold in they hands, in the name of Jesus Christ, and by the blood of Jesus Christ it is done.
Remember prayers requires action: faith is the things hope for and the evidence of things unseen. Pray and work (work as if it’s done already).
In sum, be blessed and I love you with the Love of Jesus Christ.
