In a recent Passover-themed video, Paula White urges viewers to sow a $1,000 offering in order to receive “seven supernatural blessings” from God. She ties the donation to biblical festivals and claims that this kind of seed-giving unlocks divine favor in specific ways. This has sparked concern and debate within the Christian community.
The prosperity gospel has long been criticized for presenting God’s blessings as something transactional. Scripture does encourage generosity, but it also warns against exploiting faith for personal gain (see 2 Peter 2:1-3).
What’s your take? Is linking a financial gift to specific promised blessings biblical teaching or dangerous theology?
Meh, sounds like a scam. Reminds me of the old mail scams. “Send money/make seven copies and send them to people you know and be blessed. Otherwise, be cursed.”
Talk about feel good religion. “Send me money and see how good it makes you feel.”
It would be funny if someone hacked her system so all the money would actually divert to the poor or habitat for humanity. Not that I would ever suggest that someone do such a wicked, illegal activity. But I would defintely laugh for more than a good minute if it happened.

If what they teach is true, instead of asking for your money, they should be giving their money away.
Then it would come back to them ten-fold. You would have billions coming in within ten rounds of doing this.

I cannot believe that someone from this site would put most of these topics up for discussion. Since their value for the Kingdom is 0. Why not focus on more realistic as they apply to this our last Church age of Laodicia (Rev, 3:17). I personally have a tough time believing people running this show have any real connection to their spirit man. I could give you dozens of topics directly relating to Revelations, the true Passover, the religious following of traditions of men (Christmas, easter, and more). She is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, she shouldn’t even be in the pulpit because of all of the sins that she has committed and God says that He will judge his leadership more HARSHLY because they are to be ABOVE REPROACH and she is Prosperity Gospel preacher. She fornicated with her first husband while he was still married and then he left his wife for her and then she divorced him years later and then had a small affair with Benny Hinn while he was separated from his wife and then she marries an UNSAVED rock and roll person! NONE of these follow the bible but I guess she doesn’t have a board to be accountable to or she would have been taken down and to me, how can ANYONE follow her, are they that ignorant or lukewarm that they have NO DISCERNMENT at ALL to SEE who she really is? The bible says that you can NOT merchandise the gifts of the HOLY Spirit - Acts 8:20 and that IS a sin, she is supposed to be worth 10 MILLION dollars! Is she that GREEDY for that is a LOVE of Money and that also is IDOLATRY which the bible says you will NOT enter heaven

After making headlines last week for saying Donald Trump is a “baby Christian” who has accepted a relationship with Jesus, evangelical leader James Dobson has emphasized that even though the Republican nominee is still maturing in his Christian walk, that is no reason to not vote for him and give Hillary Clinton the power to “run the world.”
After the presumptive Republican presidential nominee met with over 900 evangelical leaders in New York City last Tuesday, Dobson, the founder of Focus on the Family and Family Talk radio, said during an interview with Pastor Michael Anthony of GodFactor.com that Trump “did accept a relationship with Christ.”
The 80-year-old during the interview that he knows the person “who led him to Christ” and he believes that Trump “really made a commitment.” “First, Trump appears to be tender to things of the Spirit,” added Dobson, who’s a member of Trump’s evangelical executive advisory board. "I also hear that Paula White has known Trump for years and that she personally led him to Christ.
It’s been reported that White and Trump have known each other for more than 20 years, heralding back to her time as a resident in Trump Tower. Trump speaks often of the assassination attempt that nearly took his life, acknowledging that God saved him for a purpose.
I don’t know Paula White. But there’s a good story about casting the first stone.
If she did, she DIDN’T do a very good job for since meeting him he HASN’T CHANGED one bit, so that is how you KNOW if the pastor is really real or false! Also Trump said that he liked White because they had some things in common, one being the love of MONEY! Also she doesn’t teach correct doctrine but false doctrine and that is what he LIKED about her because then he could just stay the way that he is and NOT have to change!
Did he though? Did Trump ever actually say that he likes White because they have the love of money in common? I think you made that part up. Is truth a virtue?

I saw elsewhere a post where you took offense to the idea of ‘tipping a pint’ – Trump doesn’t drink a drop. Do you give him credit for this moral stance?
I said that they both share a love of money that is the TRUTH!
Also if he knew Paula White all of those years then WHY didn’t he become a christian at all? He came out of his fathers church which was NOT christian and he also committed adultery and also sold a bible last year for MONEY because he has 3 GOLF COURSES that make him MILLIONS but yet he NEEDS MORE money? No that is GREED! Also he was recorded saying those sexist things on that wire tap that was caught recording and that was NOT HOLY! So if he KNEW White she couldn’t talk to him about Adultery because she did it herself and that would be HYPROCRACY and if he would have changed his ways then he would have NEVER done these things at all but he did, he also has LIED about many things and been caught so ALL of these things he would go to hell for, but yet she didn’t seem to be ANY kind of influence on his life because WHITE was doing ALL of these things herself and that just reflects badly on her and she isn’t truly a christian but is just a secular person pretending to do church and so NONE of her pastoral counseling didn’t seem to do a THING for Trump, so that is what I am baseing it on.
You can SEE that Trump has NOT changed, maybe he has but NOT on these issues at ALL! Trump may NOT drink but he had a TRUMP VODKA that he was selling at the time. So seems kind of strange to me, don’t you think? I know a LOT of secular unsaved people that don’t drink but he isn’t moral in any of his character in other things and he is NOT a christian by his own admission on a video that he said that he wasn’t, just because you believe in God doesn’t make you a christian at all! For satan believes in Jesus but he is going to hell, you MUST FOLLOW what the bible says and to be BORN AGAIN and REPENT of your sins and Trump also said that he didn’t think that he HAD to REPENT of his sins so that right there, you would have thought that White would have told Trump that is one of the things to get into heaven?!!!
