It is very unprofessional for a business to allow vulgar costumes at an office party-Christian or not.

I think Christians can participation some activities as long as they don’t violate their own conscience, glorify evil, or ruin the day for others. (A guy I knew handed out Chic tracts🤮 instead of candy)
