Just for Fun—Which 4th of July Food Do You Choose?

I recently saw this map of states searching more for either hamburgers or hotdogs leading up to Independence Day. If you’re in the US, does it ring true for you? I always find these kind of maps fun.

Do you have any other go-to 4th of July foods? Growing up, I always enjoyed the usuals—hamburgers, hotdogs, corn-on-the-cob, watermelon, and ice-cream. The local firefighters also put on an incredible cookout with grilled chicken and corn-on-the-cob that was the best. :united_states: :hotdog: :hamburger: :watermelon: :soft_ice_cream:

If you’re not from the US, I’d also be curious to know which foods you think of as most American.

My family usually goes for both hot dogs and Burgers, sometimes, this year included, brisket for sandwiches. Don’t forget the Curried Potato Salad and Baked Beans. With Coleslaw and chips.
