Lent Decisions?

Hello All

I am new to the site, I only joined this evening. I am in England.

I would love to know what everyone is giving up, or taking up, this Lent. Despite lots of thinking on this I have yet to decide and Ash Wednesday is tomorrow! Eeeek!
