Please pray for full marriage reconciliation between my wife Kayla and me. She left last week and took our toddler daughter. I do not know what is happening, but I know I want them back so badly. My daughter is my entire world, and I love Kayla very much. Please pray for reconciliation, healing, wisdom, and that I am able to see my daughter again soon. I got divorce papers Monday… she has friends that aren’t Christians telling her what she should do and she’s listening. I don’t feel like it’s over, God has told me it’s not. But I’ve got to keep praying

I’ve always thought of reconciliation as something we’re to do and not something we ask God for. He created us with agency and He doesn’t manipulate our emotions; something that Satan can do.
You’re in a hard place right now and it may involve waiting on the Lord. It’s hard to wait on Him when our emotions are running high. Our strong emotions can even block out anything the Lord might want to say.
I can’t pray for reconciliation, but I can pray that the Lord would work in this situation according to His will for both you and your wife. That may mean reconciliation or it may not.
A very significant relationship in your life has been broken, but you still have the most significant relationship, and that’s with Jesus. Don’t neglect it. And don’t forget to be thankful.
