A movie I’ve watched several times captures the home school culture’s motifs of competence, high achievement, and elitism. Viggo Mortensen rocks the title role of Captain Fantastic. Although the family’s philosophical foundation is atheistic humanism, I’ve seen many of those same elements in Christian home school families.
