Please pray that my house/property will sell soon and with no serious issues to go forward.
Us selling is important for the future of my little girl and our family. We can not keep up with the property and selling would give us a chance to downsize and live in a way we can actually afford and manage.
The property is amazing and in a high end area by Lake Michigan and Torch lake. the house is not so great needs a lot of work or just pulled out. Whoever buys the place or invests will turn around what they spend in a flash! My relator practically stalked me to get me to let him try to sell it for the same reasons. the potential.
If and when the house sells it will also allow me to help my Mom who recently had a stroke and needs better care, a young woman who has been on my heart with children, and others i already have a list! It isnt just to change my life but others as well.
Please pray it will sell quickly by some rich person (because God knows they exist!), or whoever needs it the most - will benefit the most. I am selling at a lower price than almost anything in my area is going for.
