I don’t know if God wants me to stay or leave a relationship with my now ex husband or if I should wait for another. I have been asking God how to get my practice filled and I am calling and emailing, but seem likes God is far away and I can’t hear him.

There are many things to contemplate here. One, is it abusive? Two, was adultery involved? Three are you both children of God? These are the three main things to consider. Following them, and without them being a part of all this, then yes.
