I struggled with anxiety a while back. Something that helped me was EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Also called the tapping method. It works in a similar way as accupuncture but without needles. You tap nerve points while saying a script that calls up the issue sparking the emotion. By bringing it to mind and tapping the nerves it helps the body release the stress being stored from traumas and past events.
Brad Yates has several videos for free on YouTube for a variety of subjects using EFT… You just repeat after him. There are other people who post the method as well.
May you find the healing and help you need in the name of Christ Jesus. May the pain you feel begin to diminish, in the name of Christ Jesus. As the source of that pain begins to be addressed through medical help, treatment, and God’s guiding hand, in the name of Christ Jesus. If there is a blessing that can come from this, may it be realized quickly so you don’t linger in this pain, in the name of Christ Jesus.
