God, please help this man when the racing thoughts hit and the panic tries to take over, give him the power to pause, breathe, and completely break the cycle. Teach him how to shift his perspective, and to realize that he is worthy of finding true peace inside himself.
Free him from the trap of measuring his value by his doubts or his struggles. Give him the skills and the quiet strength to overcome his fears. Let him find and build the courage to have that same faith in the man You made him to be that he already has in You.
Remind him that he is whole as he is. Help him clear out the wreckage of past hurt, and show him that he deserves absolute happiness and a true partner who loves him as an equal. Quiet the noise, protect his mind, and help him create his own sanctuary. Amen.
