I am seeking prayer for my elderly parent, Keslake, who is set to celebrate his 81st birthday on March 21st, pray for him & this new season. Pray for me as well, as I need God’s guidance on what to truly do with him, as I desire to relocate out to California. Pray for direction on whether he should remain here in NYS in a nursing home facility or what to do. Not much preparation was made in this area and as an only child, it can be challenging to deal with an aging parent who can be stubborn and has a negative mindset - pray for God to cancel this out of every fiber of his being and for God to give me the strength to counter it at all times with his word. It is Keslake’s request & another estranged family’s , Shanique, desire for them visit with us/him at my apartment. I am surrendering this social engagement to God & for prayers and asking God to lead, protect what I can’t see or hear, in the hearts of human beings and cancel out every gossiping tongue, by & between Shanique & her mother, Carla, after her visit. Steward the engagement God. Provide the resources to keep it simple and good for all.
Praying with you that God shows you direction. God bless your Dad. Getting to 81 is a blessing in and of itself. May god be with your whole family and give you all peace with whatever the decision becomes.
