Please help and pray for me, sometimes I feel I can’t work here anymore. I’m an assistant designer working as a drafter for the landscape industry. My role and workload are okay, and I can even solve some issues during the drawings. However, my two supervisors are so fierce that they often ask me to leave job directly. I did nothing wrong to them. why do they treat me like this? I am hurt. Why can’t I just work normal employee? The more try to clarify when they harass me, the happier they are. Actually, I am 47 years old and have decided to work with company until retirement.
is this a sign that actually I have to find other job rather than insist to stay here?
