I can share with you a great way to save. If you’re young enough and have time on your side, it’s a win win. Set up an automatic pay system with your bank. In Canada we call it a preauthorized payment plan or PPP. Determine how much you can set aside each payday and on your payday, have that amount transferred to another account automatically. You’ll never see that money so you won’t miss it.
Each year up the amount your setting aside. Even if it’s only a dollar, increase the amount. Then forget about it. Over time it will grow.
