Lord, You see the parts of me that feel responsible for everyone’s feelings.
You know how quickly I give away my peace just to keep the room calm or make someone else happy.
But You did not create me to live exhausted, anxious, or constantly afraid of letting people down.
Teach me, God, what is mine to carry and what is not.
Help me release the pressure to meet every expectation.
Remind me that my worth comes from You…not from applause, approval, or perfection.
Give me courage to set healthy boundaries with grace.
Help me speak the truth in love, even when my voice shakes.
And when guilt tries to pull me back into old patterns, whisper Your freedom over me again.
Thank You that I don’t have to hustle for belonging.
In Christ, I am already loved, already chosen, already enough.
Amen.
