God, as the world gets quiet and the days grow cooler, help me to slow down and rest with You. When I feel tired, give me new strength. When my heart feels busy or worried, fill me with Your peace. Thank You for loving me just as I am and for always being near. Help me find joy in simple things and rest in Your care. Amen.

I so often find rest elusive, both the physical kind, but especially the mental/spiritual kind. I can always use this reminder. :folded_hands:
