I would appreciate prayers for restful sleep. I have not been sleeping well for a couple of weeks. Please ask God to help me rest tonight. Thank you.

I feel you here. I haven’t slept well in over 15 years. It’s been a long road. I listen to Dwell..it’s an app and has a wonderful selection for listening to relaxing voices recite Psalms, and other books. I’ve been listening for over a year and it really REALLY helps.
Here’s a prayer I like: Hashkiveinu (it’s been translated into English)
Cause us to lie down, Adonai our God, in peace, and raise us up, our King, to life. Spread over us the shelter of Your peace. Guide us with Your good counsel, and save us for the sake of Your Name. Shield us from enemy, plague, sword, famine, and sorrow. Remove the adversary from before us and behind us, and shelter us in the shadow of Your wings. For You, God, are our Guardian and Deliverer; You are a gracious and compassionate King. Guard our going and coming, for life and for peace, from now on and always.

@Bestill I love that verse. It’s my verse. It speaks so much to me, and I’m always going deeper with it. When I’m anxious, or the noise of the world is trying to overwhelm me, I turn to that verse. It has brought immediate comfort and connection to God..every single time I read it or think it or say it out loud.
What a great verse..and “name”..nickname? handle? I’m not sure what we call the names we use here or online lol
