Thank you father for care homes who provide 24/7 care for those who need it like my brother . Thank you for all the carers and senior management team and nurses. Thank you now because of the Enquiry all carers have diabetes training. It is good because I know now that my brother’s and all other residents food is balanced with the correct portion size and food group consistency, thanks to the Enquiry Officer.
There is a Enquiry into my brother’s care I, suspected abise and neglect . I pray that the new manager is filled with wisdom and care. That my brother is protected that those who are in positions of responsibility who in the past made unwise decisions in the past see the errors of their way .
I pray that the Operations manager conducts herself with care and kindness that the Directors look at ways to improve and strengthen the services.
That they increase staffing ratios and nurses when they go to pray have nurses to provide cover so medication protocols are adhered to .
I pray that the GPs provide good multidisciplinary oversight and that all the records I have requested get released. I pray that you bring professional minute takers into my life to support future mdt meetings so that ALL ,me included act in my neither best interests. I pray my brother’s sons act wisely abd they visit their father.

I hope my brother gets permission to celebrate his birthday in a lovely nearby hotel and that he has a lovely time at the concert that his swallowing improves and he gains strength and remains in the main happy and safe.
Thank you for the relational private carers who visit him. I hope and pray he is able to go to badminton this week.
I pray that the safeguarding channels inorivd in the care home and that hos social worker acts in my brother’s best interests and that there are no conflict of interest.
Give me wisdom to help the Enquiry and diplomatically address any errors of judgement within the care home and I hope tge ethical tone of the care home is dramatically improved and if certain individuals need to be disciplined that they are so the care home which in the main is lovely just improves so my brother stays safe and flourishes.
I pray that if I require legal support it is available to bring justice si this never happens again and that all the residents stag safe .
I pray that I continue to stay well and that I return to work and thank you for my safeguarding training which has enabled me to protect my brother and others in the care home. Guide me, continue to guide and give me courage and wisdom to do your work. AMEN.
