Dear Lord, please Heal me from ALL infirmities, known and unknown. I pray my heart beats at a healthy, normal rhythm, my nervous system is strong and healthy, my thoughts are only good. Please cast out all fear, anxiety, and worry. Send it to the depths of the sea, never to return.
Please make me new again and restore my spirit as I look forward - not back - with faith, hope, and praise to what your will has for me in the coming days, months, and years.
I pray this with praise and Thanksgiving to you, in the name of your son, Jesus. Amen.
