The Mortgage company wants a $75,000 balloon payment on 7/1/25 and l haven’t been able to save for it and now l’m afraid l’ll lose my house and home of over 50 yrs and all the equity built up in it. I have faith that you will help me but it’s getting so close and tried to refinance bit no one will help me because l only have a monthly income of $1295 month. I keep asking God for guidance but l don’t know what to do. Please pray with me for the answers l need and that l might recognize them .
