Please pray with me for my husband. He refuses to follow medical advice. He has all the signs of diabetes but still continues to eat poorly and drinks several cans of soda a day. He is supposed to use a C-pap machine but refuses. Supposed to take pills for cholesterol but doesn’t. He is depressed and has quit praying and going to church, partly because he can’t hear because he didn’t like the hearing aids! He thinks he knows better and I am waiting for him to have a heart attack. Please pray with me for this stubborn man! God, I need your help!
Heavenly Father,
We lift up Ahmi’s husband to You, asking for Your guidance and healing touch in his life. Lord, we pray that You soften his heart and help him see the importance of caring for his health. Give him the strength to follow medical advice, and open his eyes to the love and concern his wife has for him. Heal him of his depression and renew his spirit, drawing him back to prayer and fellowship with You. Surround him with Your grace, and help him realize the blessings that come from listening to wisdom and taking care of the body You have given him. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
