Praying for God's standard in me when family members have been deceitful

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, please put your unassailable peace and goodness in my heart. Keep me from the temptation to seek retribution on my relatives having discovered deceitful and manipulative things have been done without my knowledge that may cause legal consequences for them. I ask for wisdom to act with mercy while upholding what is right. I do not know how to do this, or what I should do, or even if I should do anything! Please help me through this difficult time, and find how to be like my Lord Jesus in this situation. Bless all who pray with me.

Mercy is what is offered when an offender confesses or repents of the wrong they have done.

If they are not repentant there is no need to offer mercy or forgiveness.

Ensure that you have everything documented showing what they did.

Take steps to ensure they cannot take advantagge of you again.

And get independent legal advice.

Try praying to the same God as Jesus obeyed and prayed to and teaches us to do the same. Only God Himself can give you answers and those answers may not be as you would have them be but in His terms instead. All one has to do is ask, then listen, and to learn to listen is paramount for answers from God. Jesus can’t answer your prayers, all Jesus could do is pray to his God that you hear from the same God as he heard from. Read John 17 and listen to Jesus prayer for you to his GHod that you have the same in you from God as he had from God.

When one actually sees what prayer really is, then everything changes in your soul and mind as a peaceful and calming quietness that what ever turns out form it is the will of God, not your own will. And what soever you ask the Father in the name of Love, He will give it you. That was a guarantee from Jesus himself.

What is prayer? Prayer is simply communication, talking with God not just to Him but an exchangment of wills. Learning to listen instead of dictating to Him truly is paramount for success. Just talk with God.

When Jesus took his disciples upon the mountain to pray, he made the most simple but profound statement. He said, watch with me, meaning watch for the same a he was watching for from God Himself. He didn’t say watch for me but with me. Most watch for him placing their own ideas for what should be instead. .
