For several years I read a Psalm each evening, which was a practice I really enjoyed and was so rich for my faith. I’d like to start this habit again, but I’d like to take it a step further and not just read through the psalms, but pray through them.
Any tips or suggestions for doing this? How do you pray through the psalms? Do you journal as you read? What else has made this practice fruitful for you?
