I just need some guidance and help to keep pushing through the darkness and to never lose sight and no you are in charge of my life and keep my protection over me
I’ll never stop praying for my brothers and sisters, even If I don’t feel good.
Pray with me, pray from your heart:
May the Holy Cross be my light
Let not the dragon be my guide
Begone Satan
Never tempt me with your vanities
All that pours from you is evil
Drink your own poison. Amen.
Brother, the Lord has not left you defenseless. Paul tells us in Ephesians 6 to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. The word he uses is endunamoĹŤ which means to be infused with power, the same root idea as the Hebrew chazaq in Joshua, be strong and courageous. God Himself strengthens you.
You pray for protection from evil. Paul says our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against archai and exousiai, rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms. This echoes Daniel 10 where heavenly princes (sar in Hebrew) contend over nations. Your battle is real, but it is not fought with human weapons.
You pray for discernment. Paul says to put on the panoplia, the full armor of God. Gird your waist with alētheia, truth, clothe yourself with dikaiosunē, righteousness, take up the thureos, the great shield of pistis, faith, which extinguishes the fiery darts of the evil one. Wear the perikephalaia, the helmet of sōtēria, salvation, and wield the machaira of the Spirit, which is the rhēma, the word of God. This is God’s provision for discernment, the light of His word and the shield of faith.
And Paul does not stop there. He says, praying in the Spirit at all times with all proseuchē and deēsis, prayer and supplication, keeping alert with perseverance. In Hebrew imagery, shamar, to watch and guard, is the task of the watchman. You are called to be alert and prayerful, standing as a soldier who does not sleep at his post.
Take courage. Christ Himself wore this armor first in Isaiah 59, the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, and through His cross He disarmed the rulers and authorities and made a public spectacle of them. That victory is yours. So when you pray, “Protect me from evil and give me discernment,” God answers by clothing you with His own armor and filling you with His Spirit.
Shalom to you and family @Godchosen

Praying that the Lord surrounds you with His light and peace.
“The Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one” (2 Thessalonians 3:3).
Keep clinging to Him. He never lets go.
