Hello Subscription team - everyday, I have log in issues with the site. Even after entering my credentials, I get the blocker justifying why ads are required and that stops me from going further into the content. Though there is a link on that blocker to redirect subscribers, that does not work.
Couple of mails to the subscription id have also not been replied after days. No acknolwledgement either.
Given that I took this PLUS subscription mainly to have ad free devotions in the morning, it is quite disheartening to waste time and still not get any where. Any support will be greatly appreciated.

I heard back from our team and they informed me some of our subscribers have reported that our emails are ending up in the spam box.
You may want to check there if you don’t hear back from them.
