‘‘Science does not erase the majesty of the divine; it illuminates it. It shows us that we live in a universe filled with unseen forces, deeply interconnected and governed by mysteries that should leave us filled with awe and wonder.’’ – Fox Article
I just loved the quote above, it’s from this article I just read. The concept is quite interesting – even for someone like me that does not grasp quantum physics at all – so I thought I would share this and see where the conversation goes.
Their theory is of “an invisible architecture that instantaneously and intimately connects physical objects across the cosmic void” for which they consider our minds to Gods mind (divine omniscience) a part of the equation.
Key Article Points:
-
The concept of divine omniscience is considered not just plausible; but its mechanism (called quantum entanglement) is thought to be woven into the very fabric of spacetime.
-
Quantum Entanglement was first acknowledged in 1935 by physicists Albert Einstein, Boris Podolsky and Nathan Rosen.
-
Physicist John Stewart bell verified this theory in 1964, it was later ‘‘verified’’ in experiments by two other scientists in 1972.
-
To this day, the instantaneous signals passing between entangled objects are like nothing we can explain. They are vastly different than Radio Waves and Light Signals.
It seems to me that space is like one giant brain, with its own synapses firing to send signals. That’s how I comprehend it anyways. Still, what a wonderful thought to be connected to not just all of Gods creations, but directly to God.
