Welcome to Tall Well Village Outskirts, an imaginative rendition of a bustling shopping and entertainment hub that sets the stage for our series of whimsical tales. This expansive mall, with its sweeping glass facades and an eclectic mix of modern and traditional design elements, stands as a central figure in our stories, drawing a diverse array of characters and comedic incidents.
At the helm of the mall’s security is Captain Saul Flart, a seasoned veteran with decades of experience. His days are filled with the challenges of managing a team as unpredictable as the incidents they handle. Saul’s approach to security, which balances stern professionalism with a touch of dry humor, often puts him at the center of the most outlandish situations.
The standout amongst Saul’s team is Officer Drew Plain, whose boundless energy and penchant for bending rules make him a constant source of entertainment—and occasional chaos. Drew’s adventurous spirit and unconventional methods often lead to humorous predicaments that challenge the patience of his by-the-book captain.
Accompanying Drew are characters like the meticulous Officer Anita Record, whose dedication to detail ensures no slip-up goes unnoticed, and the tech wizard Officer Tech Lee Savvy, whose gadgetry skills come in handy in less-than-ordinary ways. Together, they form a dynamic team whose daily interactions provide a rich source of comedy.
This series is designed to entertain, bringing to life the lighter side of mall security through the escapades of Captain Flart and his quirky crew. Each episode promises laughter and a lighthearted look at the trials and triumphs of running security at Tall Well Village Outskirts.
Join us as we dive into the comedic lives of these charmingly flawed characters, exploring the humorous side of security work where every day is anything but typical.
Reprimand 1: Improper Use of AED
Drew, while your initiative in using the AED device in conjunction with a jump box to start a customer’s vehicle was inventive, it’s crucial to remember that AEDs are for emergencies involving hearts, not engines. Please reserve our medical equipment for its intended life-saving purposes and refer automotive issues beyond our scope of assistance to professionals. Let’s keep our shocks to the medical kit, not under the hood.

Reprimand 2: Extreme Misuse of Security Bikes
Drew, your recent stunt, using the hills from the upper level parking lot to jump over Mobile 1 with a security bike, was not only unauthorized but exceedingly reckless. While your quest for adrenaline is noted, security bikes are for patrolling, not for performing feats that rival action movie stunts. Furthermore, creating highlight reels and/or TikToks is not permitted on mall property. Refrain from using security equipment for anything beyond its intended purpose and keep stunts to your personal time.

These are great! We need more!
I have 2 more in the works.
Quick curiosity:
Is this story to be serial, all by the same author or cooperative and others might add a bit or two? (asking before jumping in, don’t want to spoil your thread)
Definitely cooperative! Jump in, the water in the main fountain is great. I don’t recommend the coy pond.
Reprimand 3: Misuse of Loose Walkway Pavers
Drew, while your creative spirit is usually appreciated, using the loose walkway pavers to set up an elaborate domino display throughout the mall was neither authorized nor safe. Your domino route, weaving through public spaces, over fountains, and across the koi pond, not only posed a tripping hazard but also distracted from the serene ambiance we strive to maintain for our patrons.
This behavior is unacceptable and diverts from your duties. Please focus on maintaining the security and safety of the mall environment.

[reminding me of some videos I’ve seen recently…]
Captain Flart reprimanded that kid Drew for moving the pavers. I made note of this in my log file … future reference on how people handle authority or how they handle authority used upon them. My file was getting fairly lengthy and I’m beginning to wonder if the Tall Well Village Outskirts are a “typical” community? I need to investigate further?

The tech officer, (the tech tech?) Savvy, would appear to have mitigated some of Drew’s imaginative repurposing of electronic devices. Not sure if this is his efforts to support Captain Flart or just to be a pain in Drew’s rear, but it was effective.

Reprimand: Misuse of Holiday Decorations and Unauthorized S’mores Station
Drew, your enthusiasm for creating a festive atmosphere is appreciated, but it must be channeled appropriately. Setting up a rope pulley ride across one of the fountains with holiday decorations, and establishing a s’mores station by one of the fireplaces, while creative, were not authorized activities. These actions were not only potentially hazardous but also diverted from the intended use of holiday decor and mall facilities.
The rope pulley ride poses a risk to patron safety and the integrity of our decorations, while the s’mores station near the fireplace could lead to sanitation issues and fire hazards. It is essential that all activities, especially those involving cooking or open flames, be approved by management to ensure they meet our safety and health standards.
Going forward, please utilize holiday decorations as intended and refrain from initiating any food stations or rides without prior approval. Our goal is to maintain a safe, clean, and festive environment for all our patrons.
