Seek ye first the kingdom of God and its righteousness. What does righteousness refer to? Walk in the Spirit and obey God commands, to love mercy and do justice and walk humbly with God and to be a faithful steward in managing finance.

I think it means to make the Lord first in your life. Don’t get bogged down in the world’s agenda and don’t get caught up in material pursuits. Always keep your relationship with God as your priority and do so at a heart level. Let Him be first in your life, marriage, job and anything else you hold dear.

Bestill : totally agree ; you nail it - Christian journey is difficult, we need help from God daily - so many distractions, social media etc we need to guard our minds and hearts
