Physical and chemical mutilation to support magical thinking is cruel. However, many who are older on this trajectory will not be dissuaded from the imaginations that give them pleasure. Since half the people who go down this road will attempt suicide, it can be useful to be available to those overwhelmed with regret to show them that Jesus loves them and they can reclaim some of the pieces of the life, if not completely, then with gratitude that they have not remained blind.
That children should not be subjected to these practices is simply obvious.

I used to work near the Clark Institute; a psychiatric facility known for its work with transgender people. It was the only facility in Canada to do so at the time. It’s now long gone. It used to be that anyone wanting to transition had to have a year of counselling prior to surgery and a follow- up year of psychiatric counselling afterwards. None of that applies today.
Some time ago I looked after a little girl before and after school while her mom went to work. She had a Taylor Swift poster in a very feminine bedroom, liked to dance, and in every way came across as a girl.
At 17 and unknown to her parents, she came out as transgender. Her school supported her and kept that from her parents. She hung out with a fringe group, all of which identified as LBGT+. She cut her hair, started binding and went to a doctor who gave her testosterone treatments. She was scheduled to have her breasts cut off but before that happened, she met a guy she liked.
The new boyfriend was Jewish and his mother was a Rabbi. She moved into their home and converted to the Jewish faith. He’s now long gone and she lives in California with a new guy.
The point of the story is that she was never transgender and counselling may have helped her if it had been offered. The other thing is that her parents never knew and she was below legal age at 17. The school kept it hidden. The doctor acted without parental consent. All this is fine and well in Canada.

Other than Abortion, not much. Transgenderism is a mental disease. Plain and simple. It is a sin. Plain and simple.

What is sexual immorality? Anything outside marriage between one man and one woman. ANYTHING. Sex before marriage. Homosexuality, Transgenderism, Pedophilia, Bestiality, yes, all these are talked about in the Bible.
Homosexuality- Leviticus 18:1-5, 22-24, 29, Leviticus 20:13, Ezekiel 16:49-51, Romans 1:18-32, just to name a few.
Transgenderism- Deuteronomy 22:5, Romans 1:18-32, 1 Corinthians 11:14-15, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5
Pedophilia - Mark 9:42, Luke 17:1-37, 2 Timothy 3:1-17, 1 Corinthians 5:1-6
Beastiality- Leviticus 18:19-30, Exodus 22:19
The Bible makes it extremely clear that marriage, between one man and one woman, needs to be honored. Since God does not make mistakes, if you are born a male, you are a male, and female, then you are a female. There really is no debate. One of those things where TRUE science and God agree.

There’s a great book called Irreversible Damage by Abigail Shrier. She’s an investigative journalist for the Washington Post; a supporter of the lgbt+ community and a non believer so her book doesn’t have a religious framework to it. It’s based on years of study and interviews and she just presents the facts on transgenderism. It’s in the library here. It’s an informative book for anyone who wants to know more.

Mutilating children is vile. But what’s even more vile is lying about it and calling it love.
“He created them male and female” ~Genesis 1:27. God did not say, create them male, maybe female, sometimes both or neither. To mutilate a child is not love. It’s not compassion. It’s an affront to the Creator. The Bible is clear on this “Cursed is everyone who practices deceit by calling evil good” ~Isaiah 5:20.
Jesus was not gentle with those who hurt little children. Entire kingdoms will face destruction if someone causes them to stumble ~Matthew 18:6. There is no cultural misinterpretation here. He is GOD and He is pronouncing judgment. Children aren’t broken vessels that need to be fixed ~Psalm 127:3.
They are gifts from the Lord.
Gaslighting children into compromising their bodies is atrocious. What is even worse is calling it loving and trying to shame people who see the evil of it. “Claiming to be wise, they became fools” ~Romans 1:22. When you replace truth with a lie, you destroy conscience.
He will judge the guilty. What you sow, you will reap ~Galatians 6:7. Not one excuse will be uttered.
I think you can blame the parents for talking their kids into having sex change operations - or other adult influences, when the parents are unaware of what is happening.
When I think of pastors who preach that there is nothing wrong with homosexuality - I think that is a worse sin than engaging in homosexual behavior.
Oh absolutely. That and society. God does not make mistakes. You are what you are. Even homosexuality is a learned behaviour. One of the sickest things I have seen was a lady who got on either TV or the internet and said, “My baby is trans, and I am so proud.” I have seen others claiming their baby to be gay. I’m talking about BABIES that do not even know how to talk yet. These kids do not stand a chance. God be with them.
