There are so many it’s hard to choose, but I think mine is:
Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
for his steadfast love endures forever! (1 Chronicles 16:34)

One verse I come back to often is Philippians 4:6–7
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
James 1:17 - Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights who does not change like shifting shadows
This might sound strange, but Psalm 32. It’s the confessing of the sin and letting God cover it. From feeling His heavy hand on me when I’m trying to hide my sins from Him to experiencing the joy in His mercy and forgiveness when I confess to Him what I’ve done, even though He knows what I’ve done, but to confess it to Him, to ask for forgiveness and to repent of it, or ask for strength to turn away from it should it happen again. That feeling of complete forgiveness and love is the very best feeling ever, and I rejoice in His forgiveness and blessing, and am so very thankful that He is a loving a forgiving God.
