The Various Bible Names for Antichrist

These are all Bible titles for the coming Antichrist at the end of this world:

  1. “little horn” of Daniel 8:9-12. He is the one who will end future sacrifices by the Jews in Jerusalem and instead place the “abomination of desolation” that Lord Jesus warned us about in Matthew 24:15.

  2. “vile person” of Daniel 11:21-31. He comes to power as king in Jerusalem at the end using peace and flattery with a “small people” (i.e., small group of Jewish leaders). He ends the Jew’s future sacrifices and places the “abomination of desolation” Lord Jesus warned us about for the end.

  3. “the king of Babylon”, Isaiah 14:4-20. God is using the “king of Babylon” title as a type for Lucifer there. He represents the final Antichrist that will come at the end of this present world.

  4. “the Assyrian”, Isaiah 14:25; Isaiah 10; Isaiah 30:31-33. God uses the title of “the Assyrian” put for Satan. Only Satan and his angels so far have already been sentenced to perish in the future “lake of fire” per Matthew 25 and Revelation 20.

  5. “Lucifer”; “son of the morning”, Isaiah 14:12. God mocks Lucifer who wants to be The Morning Star (Jesus).

  6. “the prince that shall come”, Daniel 9:26. The people ‘OF’ the prince destroyed the city and the temple in 70 A.D. Jerusalem. But the “prince” in reality is put for the final Antichrist at the end of this world.

  7. “the king of fierce countenance”, Daniel 8:23-25. He will come to power at Jerusalem at the end using Peace and Craft prosperity to destroy souls at the end, through deception in false worship of himself in place of Christ.

  8. the willful “king” of Daniel 11:36-45. Apostle Paul repeated some of this about the coming “man of sin” per 2 Thessalonians 2.

  9. “man of sin”, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4. He will exalt himself in a new Jewish temple in Jerusalem at the end, and proclaim himself as God, and over all that is called God, or that is worshiped.

  10. “son of perdition”, 2 Thess.2:3. This is one of Satan’s titles because he only (with his angels) are the only ones so far already sentenced to perish at the future “lake of fire”. Thus the future Antichrist = Satan.

  11. “that Wicked” or lawless one, 2 Thess.2:8.

  12. “red dragon”, or “dragon”, Revelation 12:3-4, 9, 13, 16, 17; Revelation 13:2, 4, 11; Revelation 16:13, Revelation 20:2.

  13. “another beast”, Revelation 13:11-18. He will have two horns LIKE a lamb (Jesus), but speak as the dragon (Satan).

All the above titles are titles for Satan himself.
